Mind & Body

What I love and learn I must teach to him.

I love to train. It is a daily habit that keeps me sane, active and energetic. It feeds me mentally. I plan to share my learnings and influence from everyone I’ve learned from and encountered in the fields of strength and conditioning, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and overall training.

Photography

A passionate hobby of mine that I really enjoy. I learned how to take good (everything is subjective!) photographs with my dad, which makes it extra special for me.

I completed a capstone project and 6 month course over coursera with Michigan State University. I also did two Masterclasses with Jimmy Chin (landscapes) and Annie Leibovitz (portraits)- I’d highly recommend both as they were enjoyable, educational and inspiring.

The photographer I most admire is Peter Gordon, the Irish landscape photographer (Explore light).

I work in history, I’m a storyteller

You don’t make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.
— Ansel Adams
