Considering this uncertain time with the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to create a simple yet rich framework for people to use to help improve their wellbeing at home. The news and media shed light on the implications of contracting the coronavirus, and the escalating numbers of cases reported and quarantined in Ireland and globally. However, the isolation and significant change in routine is something that we need to look at closely and create a positive societal dialogue around.
This resource is a collaborative effort involving a diverse group of experts across numerous domains. The goal for this is to shift the mindset of people worrying about what to do, giving them ideas and tools to improve their physical, mental, social and occupational wellbeing.
Whilst not every individual will be able to do every bit of advice, one can do what they see fit and able. This document uses simple impactful strategies to inspire, educate and empower our communities. This is about preserving social bonds while maintaining social distancing. We need a mindset shift, a lifestyle choice… in essence, a beacon for positivity.
